Refund Policy

You have the right to request a return within 14 days of purchase for any reason. If you request to initiate a return you will be liable for the cost of shipping the products back to us. Please get in contact with us in order to request to initiate a return.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Should any product arrive defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item you can request a refund of the original purchase price of the product excluding any shipping fees that were originally associated with the order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 Exchanges
We do no accept exchanges on any products sold by us or through us for any reason.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request, You will need to provide evidence of damage or defectiveness and in the case of a wrong item proof of this by way of photo evidence.

We will let you know if the refund is approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refunded amount in your account.
